These are silicone rubber keypad membranes (also called rubber button pads or key fob button covers) used in car remote key fobs.
What they are
Soft, flexible black silicone rubber pads that sit inside the plastic shell of a vehicle remote key.
They provide the tactile buttons you press (lock, unlock, trunk/boot, panic, etc.).
The small hole near the top is typically for alignment, molding, or securing the pad inside the key housing.
The raised square pads are the actual buttons; the ones with a car icon usually correspond to the trunk/boot release
