Riders With Class A

Often responsible for transporting, loading, and delivering goods, products, or materials to customers and retail outlets. Specialized in maneuvering through heavy traffic, acting as an "unsung hero" of transport by delivering people and goods in tight spaces. Must have in-depth knowledge of local roads, shortcut routes, and the ability to navigate busy areas like Kampala. Responsible for the daily maintenance, cleaning, and security of the tukutuku, ensuring the engine, tires, and brakes are functional.

Ready to work long hours, enduring difficult road conditions and harsh weather while ensuring timely delivery. Works on their own or with sales officers to meet daily delivery targets. Work on higher purchase plans to eventually own their own bikes.

Requires a valid driving permit (often Class A in Uganda) and strong, safe, and efficient maneuvering skills, particularly for handling high-load, three-wheeled vehicles. High level of integrity, good customer service skills, and punctuality are expected. Good experience in handling and maintaining three-wheelers. Often needs to be a critical thinker to solve logistical issues in the fields.
