Remove the Styrofoam Base: The white foam piece visible under the front edge is part of the packaging. Leaving the bottom foam block intact blocks internal drum components and can permanently damage the motor.Remove Rear Transit Bolts: Look at the back of the washer. There are 4 heavy-duty shipping bolts keeping the suspension locked. Use the provided spanner wrench to unscrew them counter-clockwise and pull them out completely. Failure to remove these will cause violent shaking, loud banging, and severe physical damage during the spin cyc
