Dual Speed: The stirring rod and flour barrel of this dough mixer operate in two different directions at the same time. The dough produced is smoother. Low/High Mixing Shaft Speed: 150 rpm/200 rpm. Low/High Flour Barrel Rotation Speed: 15 rpm/20 rpm.
