Compared to a conventional fryer, the Hoffman HM-776 does not require oil to fry and cook food, but warms the food from all sides by circulating the hot air at high speed and minimises the use of the original fat of the food to maintain a golden bark outside and a juicy interior while excess water flow. Depending on the food you want to cook, you can choose between 80 - 200 °C. You can also program a timer for food from 0 to 60 minutes to improve the efficiency of cooking.
