This Hoffmans hand mixer (Model HM-929) is a 600 W electric beater designed for baking and food prep.
To use it:
1. Plug the mixer into a power outlet.
2. Attach the beaters (the two metal whisks) to the mixer head.
3. Place the ingredients (eggs, cream, cake batter, etc.) in a bowl.
4. Insert the mixer into the bowl and select the desired speed.
5. Mix until the ingredients are blended or whipped as needed.
