Signal Fire AI-20 is a fourth-generation, 6-motor core-alignment fiber optic fusion splicing machine designed for full-link optical fiber integration.
• Uses 6 motors with a stated alignment precision of 0.1 μm.
• Fast splice time of approximately 6 seconds and rapid heating time of about 15 seconds.
• Features a delayed-return electric one-step fiber cleaver (default 0.5-second delay) that prevents back-cutting scratches on fiber end-faces and auto-rotates the blade after 1,000 cuts.
• Includes an integrated Optical Power Meter (OPM) and Visual Fault Locator (VFL) for link testing and troubleshooting.
• Equipped with a 7,800 mAh lithium battery that supports roughly 240 splice and heat cycles.
• Features a 5-inch HD color touchscreen with 320× magnification and Bluetooth app integration for parameter management and software updates.
