Clearing the Drain Pump FilterIf the machine is filled with water and refuses to drain, clean out the coin trap:Locate the small rectangular access panel on the bottom right corner of the front panel.Pry the panel open and place a shallow container or thick towel on the floor to catch escaping water.Unscrew the cylindrical plastic filter counterclockwise and pull it straight out.Remove trapped debris like coins, hairpins, button threads, or lint.Thoroughly rinse the filter under running water, reinstall it tightly, and close the flap.
