Preheat: Turn on the Heat and Turn (stirrer) switches. Let the machine warm up for 3 to 5 minutes.Add Oil: Pour in high-heat oil (like coconut or canola oil). Use about 1 to 2 tablespoons per batch.Add Kernels & Seasoning: Immediately add your popcorn kernels and optional popcorn salt/sugar into the heated kettle. Close the kettle lid.Dump the Popcorn: When the popping slows down to 2–3 seconds between pops, pull the kettle handle down immediately to empty the popcorn. This prevents burning.
