The nets are designed for 11-player teams. Standard soccer goal sizes for senior matches are 7.32 meters (24 feet) wide by 2.44 meters (8 feet) high. These dimensions are used for both men's and women's soccer. The goal area is 6 yards (5.5 meters/18 feet) long and 20 yards (18.3 meters/60 feet) wide. There are also other sizes for different age groups.
