• Deliver structured, engaging, and curriculum-aligned online lessons tailored to a 7-year-old’s development. • Strengthen core competencies in foundational reading literacy, writing, and early mathematics. • Provide expert homework support, academic intervention, and progress monitoring. • Assess the student's learning gaps and maintain regular professional feedback sessions with the parents.

Requirements & Qualifications: • Professional Teaching Credentials: A Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Primary/Early Childhood Education) or a valid teaching certificate/license from a recognized institution. • Experience: Proven track record of teaching or tutoring at the primary school level (Grade 1 to Grade 3 preferred). • Language Proficiency: Impeccable command of the English language (both written and spoken). • Pedagogical Skills: Mastery of early childhood teaching methodologies, patience, and the ability to keep young learners engaged virtually. • Curriculum Knowledge: Familiarity with international or North American (Canadian) elementary curricula is highly desirable. Technical Setup & Software Proficiency: • Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection, a quiet and professional dedicated workspace, and a laptop/PC with a functional HD webcam. • Proficiency in standard virtual classroom platforms (such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet).
