After shampooing, generously apply Doo Gro mega long. Extreme Reconstructor to wet, damp or towel dried hair. Gently finger comb through hair. Leave on 1-3 minutes. For deeper conditioning, leave on 5-15 minutes ( use of heat cap, plaztic cap or hot towel will increase effectiveness bit is not required). Rinse hair thoroughly. Style as usual.
