My Professional Summary
I am a results-driven and passionate professional with 12 years of experience in children's ministry, project management and church development serving different denominations in different positions. I have a proven track record of securing funding through fundraising to boost the churches’ local resource mobilization, developing and implementing a variety of strategic plans/policies for effective children/youth ministry work and lastly implementing various participant programs for on CDSP program and survival intervention that boost the church programs. I am skilled in financial management, proposal writing, project monitoring and evaluation, team building and mentoring and resource lobbying, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and diversity.
My Work Experience
As a dedicated professional in the field of children's ministry, I have had the privilege of working with four esteemed church partners like Kutung Child and Youth Development Centre, Kapchorwa Child and Youth Development Centre, Bugimotwa Child and Youth Development Centre, and Tumboboi Child and Youth Development Centre. My journey within these organizations has been marked by significant roles and accomplishments, starting in Sponsor Donor Relations (2013-2015), transferred to the Health department (2015-2017), and ultimately assuming the focal position of the Project Director from 2017 to the present. In this role, I have successfully managed FCP management and program implement in all 4 holistic child development.
My Leadership Experience
In addition to my role as Project Director, I have also served as Cluster Coordinator, supporting various clusters such as the Sironko-Kapchorwa cluster from 2017 to 2020 and the Kapchorwa-Kween cluster to 2023. Furthermore, I currently serve as Project OVCMIS Contact Person for the Kapchorwa-Kwen-Bukwo districts working with community and probation officers on HVC issues for since 2015. Throughout my career, my primary focus and passion have centered on advocating for children/youth, church and the entire church community to flourish in their life and mission endeavors, as well as aligning my ambitions alongside the compassion’s existence of ensuring that each participants to reach their full potential.
