- Carry out webbing, springing, foam installation, padding and final upholstery.
- Cut foam accurately according to product dimensions and required profiles.
- Cut fabric, leather, artificial leather and other covering materials efficiently.
- Sew cushions, covers, piping, zips and other upholstery components.
-Install fabric and leather with correct tension and alignment.
- Produce clean corners, seams, piping and finishing details.
- Fit buttons, tufting, decorative studs and other upholstery details where required.
- Manufacture and fit loose and fixed cushions.
- Ensure cushions maintain the required shape, density and comfort.
- Carry out repairs and refurbishment of existing upholstered furniture where required.
