Connection to Building Systems
• Connecting apartments’ internal piping to main water supply and drainage lines.
• Installing shut-off valves and ensuring easy access for future repairs.
Testing & Commissioning
• Pressure-testing water lines to ensure there are no leaks.
• Testing hot/cold water supply and drainage flow.
• Checking proper venting of waste pipes to prevent odor issues.
Ujuzi Unaohitajika
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturer instructions.
• Skilled in using plumbing tools (pipe cutters, threading machines, soldering torches, wrenches, etc.).
• Knowledge of water supply systems, drainage systems, and fixture installation.
• Ability to test for leaks, water pressure, and drainage efficiency.

Minimum 2-3 years of proven work experience in residential plumbing, preferably in apartment or high-rise projects.
