Bar Attendant (Female)

1. Serving customers – Take orders and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages promptly and courteously. 2. Preparing drinks – Mix and prepare cocktails, mocktails and other beverages according to the establishment’s standards. 3. Handling payments – Receive payments, issue receipts and accurately account for sales. 4. Maintaining cleanliness – Keep the bar, counters, glasses, equipment and surrounding areas clean and organised. 5. Stock management – Monitor stock levels, restock beverages and supplies, and report shortages or damaged items. 6. Customer service – Attend to customer requests, answer questions about drinks and maintain a welcoming environment. 7. Responsible alcohol service – Follow applicable laws and the establishment’s policies on responsible service of alcohol. 8. Checking stock and equipment – Ensure refrigerators, dispensers, glassware and other bar equipment are functioning properly. 9. Record keeping – Maintain accurate records

* Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, hotel or hospitality environment is an added advantage. * Good customer service and communication skills. * Knowledge of different alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. * Basic cocktail and drink preparation skills. * Ability to handle cash and electronic payments accurately. * Good hygiene and personal presentation. * Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment. * Honest, reliable and responsible. * Good teamwork and interpersonal skills. * Ability to maintain cleanliness and organise the bar. * Basic stock-taking and inventory management skills. * Attention to detail and accuracy. * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays. * Responsible attitude towards alcohol service and customer safety.

UACE or UCE as minimum education level Should be female preferably Should staying around or within areas of Kyanja , kisaasi or Kungu Good command of English language
