Maintaining cleanliness of tables, counters, and service areas. 7. Processing payments (cash or digital) and issuing receipts. 8. Clearing tables after customers leave. 9. Assisting in preparing simple drinks or snacks when needed. 10. Reporting stock shortages to management. 11. Following hygiene & safety standards. 12. Handling customer complaints politely or escalating to management. 13. Working late hours or shifts as required. 14. Supporting bar staff in restocking beverages and supplies. 15. Upholding good customer service and a positive attitude.

Representable and good looking 1. Female, typically 18–30 years old (age range varies by employer). 2. At least O-Level education (UCE); additional hospitality training is an advantage. 3. Previous experience in bar/restaurant work is an added advantage. 4. Good communication skills in English and Runyankore. 5. Customer service skills and a positive attitude. 6. Neat personal appearance & good hygiene. 7. Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment. 8. Willing to work evenings, weekends, and late hours. 9. Basic numeracy for handling bills/payments. 10. Honesty, reliability, and discipline. 11. Ability to stand for long hours. 12. Teamwork and ability to follow instructions.
