●Drive direct B2B and B2C customer acquisition campaigns across target neighborhoods and commercial hubs.
●Execute field activations, promotional events, flyer distribution, and corporate outreach to drive subscription memberships.
●Build and nurture community relations with local businesses, commuter networks, and fleet operators.
●Collect real-time customer feedback on the ground to refine sales pitches and campaign offerings.

Requirements & Qualifications.
●Communication Skills: Fluent in English and Luganda.
●Digital Expertise: Hands-on experience with social media management tools
●Design & Web Skills (Preferred): Basic to intermediate web design/CMS skills (WordPress, Webflow, or basic HTML/CSS) and graphic design proficiency.
●Mindset: Proactive, self-motivated, street-smart, and capable of working both independently in the field and collaboratively in the office.
